How to Install Ecombe
If you have already installed the app, you can skip this step and move to the next section.
If not, visit Ecombe.com and click Start with free plan now. You will be redirected to the Shopify App Store to install Ecombe on your store. Learn more about the installation process here.
How to Access Ecombe
In your Shopify Admin, go to:
Apps → Ecombe Builder
You will then be redirected to the Ecombe Dashboard.

Ecombe Menu Navigation
After accessing Ecombe, the Shopify sidebar will show the following menu:
Welcome Dashboard

Get Started with Ecombe
1. Complete the Guiding Tasks
On the Ecombe Dashboard, complete four quick tasks to get started:
View a quick introduction about Ecombe
Enter your store password
Enable the LayoutHub Theme Helper
Create your first page

Click the arrow icon to open a task and begin your onboarding journey. [ Video ]

2. Get Familiar with Key Editor Features
Below are the essential features of the Ecombe Editor so you can understand how everything works:

Left Sidebar
Page Content – Displays all content within the page.
Performance & SEO – Measure page performance and SEO metrics.
A/B Testing – Create and manage A/B testing campaigns.
Assignment – Assign templates to products, collections, blogs, or blog posts.
Save Version – Save versions and restore previous edits when needed.
Page Settings – Configure page title, URL, and other page settings.
Top Center Bar
Contains:
Template version A/B – Independently edit version A and B for A/B testing.
Live Translation – Translate your page directly inside the Editor.
Multi-market Support – Create and customize layouts for each market.
Top Left Bar
Contains:
Editing Mode – Switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile views.
Redo & Undo
Publish Button – Publish your page to the storefront.
Live Chat – Open the chatbox to talk with Ecombe’s 24/7 support team.
3. Editing Your Page
Click any element inside a section to customize it according to your needs. [ Screenshot ] or [ Video ]
4. Save, Preview, and Publish
After editing, click Save to store your changes. [ Screenshot ]
Once saved, you can Preview the page to see how it appears on your storefront without affecting the live page. [ Screenshot ]

Page Statuses and Their Meanings
Understanding page statuses helps you manage your content efficiently:
Published
A live page visible to store visitors. If you edit a published page:
Click Save and Publish to update the live version
Clicking Save only updates the preview version

Unpublished
Your page is not visible to customers. Use this status for pages still in progress or pages you don’t want to show publicly yet.

Frequently Asked Questions
I can't see the page after publishing it?
After publishing your PageFly landing page, if you can't find it in your Shopify store, you need to link it to your Shopify navigation. Please check this article.
How many page can I create in Ecombe?
Ecombe allows you to create numerous pages, but the number you can publish depends on your chosen plan.
For instance, the Free plan lets you publish 1 page or section (equivalent to 1 slot). Upgrading to the 10-slot plan grants you the ability to publish 10 pages or sections.
How many type of pages can I create in Ecombe?
Ecombe support seven page type: Landing page; Homepage; Product page; Collection page; Blog page; Blog post page.
